Using PayGo’Clock, PayGo’s Employee Time Card Function

Keep track of your employee payroll, hour types and more with the PayGo’Clock function!

To access PayGo’Clock, click the Menu button located in the top left corner of any of your Central Screens. Click the PayGo’Clock button on your drop-down menu. This will open the Time Card screen.

Time Card Screen

On the Time Card screen, you will see several buttons across the top of the screen.

Close: This will close the screen. All changes will be saved.

View Time Cards: Clicking this button will open the User Time Cards screen, where you can select and view time cards from a list of all of your employees over a certain time period. Select an employee time card to view by clicking the Arrow button to the left of each employee name.

Time Cards will show each employee’s recorded shift start and end times, the hour Type the employee worked, and any applicable Comments. It will also show the total time worked for each shift, with a total for the pay period at the bottom of the screen.

Options: Clicking this button will open a sub-menu.

View Report: Clicking this will open a Search window, where you can search for and view all of your employee time cards based on Pay Period Start Date, Pay Period End Date, or any other applicable terms for the search. This search will be performed in the Time Card area, with the title Full Time Card Report. Click the Perform Find button to generate your report.

View Time Cards: Clicking this button will open a Time Card screen, where you can select and view all employee time cards based on Pay Periods. Select a pay period to view by clicking the Arrow button to the left of each pay period.

Find Time Cards: This will open a Find Time Card screen where you can search for employee time cards based on Employee Name, Pay Period Start, Pay Period End, or Store. Click the Find button to perform your search.

Reset: Clicking this button will delete all Time Card, Setup, and Pay Period records.

Caution: This action cannot be reversed!

Set PP Length: This will allow you to set the number of days your pay periods will run.

User Settings: This will open the User Payroll Settings screen. On this screen, you can set up Hour Types for your employees. This will allow your employees to clock in under certain tasks or areas based on your specifications. All Selectable Hour Types will be listed at the top of the screen, where you can add or remove types if you choose.

Add Hours: This button will allow you to add hours to the current employee’s Time Card. You can add the Date, Number of Hours and Hour Type to the time card. Click the Add Hours button when you are finished to save your changes.

Below the buttons, you will see fields for the current Workstation user’s Employee name and Pay Period dates for the current time card, as well as the Clock In/Clock Out button. Below the fields is a complete record of the employee’s Time In, Time Out, hour Type and any applicable Comments for the current pay period, as well as Total Time recorded per shift and per pay period.

Clocking In and Out

When your employee logs into their associated Workstation profile, they can punch in and out through the PayGo’Clock function.

To clock in, simply hit the Clock In button on the Time Card screen. The current Workstation user will be clocked in.

When it’s time to clock out, click the Clock Out button on the Time Card screen. The current Workstation user will be clocked out, and their shift will be recorded for payroll.
