Sometimes, we’ve noticed that using the enter or tab key to search stops working in PayGo WebDirect.
We’ve noticed that when logging into PayGo, if you see the following on the screen, this is an indicator that searching via enter or tab will not work after you log into PayGo.
We have found that clearing your Browser History will often resolve the issue.
To resolve, do the following:
1. Log out and quit PayGo WebDirect
2. Clear Your Browser’s History
For Macintosh Safari:

3. Launch PayGo WebDirect
