Clocking In and Out of PayGo
Clocking in and out of PayGo is a breeze for your employees! When your employee logs into their associated Workstation profile, they can clock in and out through the PayGo’Clock function.
To clock in, simply hit the Clock In button on the Time Card screen. The current Workstation user will be clocked in.
When it’s time to clock out, click the Clock Out button on the Time Card screen. The current Workstation user will be clocked out, and their shift will be recorded for payroll.
Selecting Hour Types
Your PayGo software lets you set up hour types for your employee records. When you set up your Employee Profile, you can set and select select the types of hours your employee can clock in under (this setting can be found in either the TimeCard Setup tab of your Employee profile, or by clicking the Options menu at the top of your Time Card screen and selecting the User Settings button from the pop-up menu).
When an employee has punched in to their workstation, they can select the type of hours they will work via the drop-down field under the Type column on their Time Card screen.
Tip: A default hour type can be set on each employee’s Employee screen.
