Change or Correct The Till and Post Date on a Posted Invoice

There may be times in which you need to change the Till ID or Post Date of a posted invoice.

To do this, follow these steps:

  • First, locate and select the posted invoice. You can do so via the Search By bars on the left side of your central Sales screen, accessed via the Menu. You can also locate the sale through the Recent Sales area within your central Sales screen.
  • At the top of your Posted invoice screen, click the Till/Post Fix button. A pop-up window will allow you to edit the Till ID and Date Posted fields. Click OK when you’re done.
  • When you’re finished correcting the transaction, close or click the Back button on the Posted invoice screen. Your changes will be saved.
