PayGo Maintenance Club Terms and Conditions

The PayGo Maintenance Club provides Product Software Updates as Detailed:

a. PayGo updates and upgrades. PayGo updates and upgrades include changes, additions, and bug fixes to the features and functionality of our programs. There is not a predetermined number of updates offered each year.  Updates depend on the needs of the PayGo program and may be offered at any time. We offer downloadable PayGo updates and upgrades at no charge to our PayGo Maintenance Club members.

b. Client software updates. Periodically we will require updates to the client software on your computer, the application required to run PayGo. Updates to server software are not covered under this plan.

c. Yearly Payment. The yearly rate is $444 at the time you purchase plus $146 per workstation (seat).

d. Christian James, Inc. reserves the right to withhold services or cancel subscription to the Maintenance Club if your account becomes delinquent. Payment must be received in full for all software, services, and hardware. Service may be reinstated after your account has been made current.

– A valid credit card is required to participate in the PayGo Maintenance Club. Your credit card will be charged yearly. Your PayGo Maintenance Club membership begins the day you purchase it. As is noted on all invoices and quotes, there are no refunds or returns on any software or services, including the WeCare Support Plan and PayGo Maintenance Plan.

If you wish to opt out of a contract, you must notify CJI in writing 30 days before your card is charged. Opting out of one contract will nullify the other contract but will not entitle you to a refund. (e.g. Opting out of your Maintenance Plan will nullify your existing WeCare Support Plan.)

It is the client’s responsibility to be aware of their renewal date. If the customer is unsure of this date they must e-mail customer care at consultant@paygopos.com.

As is standard in the software industry, if you are a Maintenance Club member you must also subscribe to the WeCare Support Plan and vice versa. This is to ensure that our technicians are able to provide both technical support and upgrade assistance. As is specified on PayGo’s Software License Agreement, which is agreed to upon purchase or installation, by accepting Software and accompanying services the Licensee agrees that delivery of products and services are acceptable and that the transaction has been satisfactory. You further agree that you will not initiate a chargeback attempt for any charge that is made for any purchases or payments, including the WeCare Support Club and PayGo Maintenance Club.

Satisfaction Policy For Products and Services. By accepting Software and accompanying hardware and services, the Licensee agrees that delivery of products and services is acceptable and that the transaction has been satisfactory. Licensee agrees and accepts that there are no refunds or returns on any products or services; and, the Licensee has had ample time to review the product before the purchase through the demo. If Licensee has purchased with a credit card or wire transfer, Licensee agrees not to initiate a charge-back attempt with their bank or credit card company and that all purchases are final. This document is in effect at the time of download/installation of software or purchase of product, whichever occurs first.

If you have any special circumstances with your WeCare Support or Maintenance Plans, please keep in touch with your sales consultant to make sure that your contracts do not lapse or you will be subject to a $499 reinstatement fee.

Membership terms and conditions may be modified at the discretion of Christian James, Inc. (CJI). Membership must be renewed yearly or monthly. If you choose to not renew, you must initiate and complete the opt-out process.  At this point you will no longer be eligible to be a WeCare Support Club Member and cannot receive technical support for your PayGo software. It is the client’s responsibility to be aware of their renewal date. If the customer is unsure of this date they must e-mail customer care at consultant@paygopos.com.

– Internet connections are required for access to PayGo Maintenance Club services.  Any charges related to internet connections are the sole responsibility of the customer.
– High-speed internet access is required for the PayGo Maintenance Club membership.  Satellite internet does not work with our service due to network lag.
