PayGo Credit Card Processing

Everyone here at PayGo is very excited about our ability to offer Credit Card Processing. By processing the payment through your PayGo workstation, you can capture and process information about the sale in your computer system. For those of you familiar with credit card processing, PayGo will process your charge card sales as card-present transactions via a secure socket internet gateway (thus high speed internet access is required).

First! PayGo uses the authorize.net gateway.

This is ALL we use. That’s ALL you need to make a merchant account work with PayGo. If you already have a merchant account that you want to use, then check with your merchant provider. IF they try to sock you with ADDITIONAL fees, come back to us, we’ll get you going and maybe even get your PayGo monthly fees reduced.

Get a PayGo Merchant Account

To apply for the PayGo Merchant Account through BankCard USA, please fax the following information to 1-763-201-9900

-A completed application for each physical business location and each HostPayGo site.

-A copy of your business license for each site.

-A voided check from the account where transactions will take place for the account (deposits made from customer purchases and fees charged for transactions).

-A photograph of each store or storefront.

-An indication of whether your own or lease your business space.

Helpful Notes Concerning the Application

In the Method of Sales section, most brick-and-mortar stores should have a high percentage of ‘Card-Present-Swiped’ with a smaller percentage of mail or phone orders under ‘Card Not Present-keyed’. You will not be penalized if you guess wrong, BankCard USA is just trying to get an estimate.

The Percentage of Products Sold has to do with transactions between retail business and consumers (which for many PayGo business will be close to or 100%). For PayGo businesses who sell wholesale to other business or the government, or sell retail to other businesses or government, indicate the percentage of transactions for each.

In the Schedule of Fees section, we do not charge an application or reprogramming fee! Pin-debts are not yet available, and EBTs are for government-related programs such as food stamps. For American Express or Discover, BankCard USA recommends these if you do not already have these accounts; the other listed are mostly for businesses with high European or Asian customer traffic.
